Our customised programs

Social Leadership Australia works with diverse organisations from across the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors to develop and deliver customised leadership development programs that effectively serve their strategic objectives.

Over the years we have created a diversity of programs in a range of styles, formats and lengths to suit a variety of organisational needs.

All Social Leadership Australia programs are designed to help organisations build their internal leadership capacity, connect them with their deeper purpose, and unlock new energy and insights to manage change and make a positive contribution to the community.

2012

Since 2007 Social Leadership Australia has had an ongoing strategic partnership with the National Australia Bank working with the NAB Academy to develop and deliver a range of customised leadership development programs for its high talent and senior executives including the Accelerate, Ignite and Adaptive Leadership programs. This year alone, more than 200 NAB executives will be participating in a program devised and delivered in partnership with Social Leadership Australia.

In 2010-2011 SLA partnered with the Australian Institute of Police Management on its Acacia Executive Leadership initiative for police and other senior executives at Assistant Commissioner level from across Australasia and in 2011 and 2012 is co-lead facilitating on the Australia & New Zealand School of Government's Towards Strategic Leadership program.

In 2010 we devised and delivered new programs for the Department of Community Services and the Department of Corrective Services and worked with the Department of Health and again with the Department of Community Services in 2011.

In 2012 we are working with QComp and Comcare and are in development on new programs for Australian educational leaders to be delivered in partnership with Queensland Educational Leadership Initiative (QELi).
