A diversity of leadership programs
In addition to our new Applied Consulting service, Social Leadership Australia runs a number of different types of leadership development programs:
Open programs
SLA offers five open programs for individuals:
- Our flagship, year-long Sydney Leadership and Queensland Leadership programs
- Our four day Adaptive Leadership Intensive (Sydney)
- Our new Leading Learning: The Purpose, Role & Practice of Leadership Development six-day masterclass for leadership development and change practitioners and
- The Social Leadership Intensive for Indigenous Leaders
Customised programs
SLA works with diverse organisations to develop and deliver custom programs that build their internal leadership capacity — helping them to manage complex change and make positive social contributions. Our clients include government departments, not-for-profit organisations, and Top 500 companies.
Initiatives
Social Leadership Australia also engages directly with specific communities of interest to develop partnerships that will lead to progress in tackling entrenched social issues, such as our current Headland project for emerging Indigenous leaders.

Events
Social Leadership Australia also runs a number of workshops and hot topic breakfast seminars throughout the year, which are open to all and offered at minimal cost.
